Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Save2Folder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Save2Folder is an Android application that allows users to organize photos into folders on their device, with optional Google Drive synchronization. The app is developed and maintained by Manish, an independent developer based in Nepal.

By using Save2Folder, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not use the app to store, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Be solely responsible for the photos and content you organize using the app
• Maintain the security of your device and any PINs you set within the app
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

When using the Google Drive storage mode:

• You authorize Save2Folder to create and manage files within a designated folder in your Google Drive account
• You remain responsible for your Google account, its security, and any content stored within it
• Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your Google Drive data independently of these Terms
• You can revoke Save2Folder's access at any time through your Google Account settings
• Save2Folder only accesses files and folders it has created — it cannot access other content in your Drive

• Save2Folder, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Manish.
• You retain full ownership of all photos and content you organize using the app.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it without explicit written permission.

Save2Folder is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Freedom from viruses or harmful code

You use the app entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manish shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, or files
• Loss of business or revenue
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the app

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of Save2Folder is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://save2folder.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The free version of Save2Folder displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements. Advertisements are subject to Google's own terms and policies.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
